Ricky is a firefighter and therefore is away from his wife and baby for long periods of time. His Farmers' agent, Maureen Martinez, helped him create a comprehensive insurance package that included the right coverage for his most important asset: his family.

Shortly after Tom and Debra became Farmers customers, their home was struck by a tornado. Anne Doerrer, their personal Farmers agent, knew the neighborhood well and was able to answer their questions right away. As a result, their home was one of the first ones on the block to be rebuilt.

When Sam Schlehuber became a Farmers' agent 10 years ago, Greg was Sam's first customer. Greg remains a customer since Sam understands his insurance needs and has continuously provided him with the best insurance solutions.
