The ice storm of January 2009 brought destruction and power outages all over Northwest Arkansas. Farmers' claims department was fully staffed and eager to assist our clients.In our agency alone, we had approximately 50% of our insureds turn in a Homeowners claim. Within two days, adjusters were meeting with them and handing out checks for their damages.
