"As most of you know, we had the meter ripped off our house during the recent ice storm. We also have 3 large trees fall on our fences and other miscellaneous fence damage.
We have just switched to Farmers Insurance in the last 6-8 months. The reason we switched is because I NEVER heard from my previous insurance agent despite being with him for 15 years. As you know the recent Ice did some damage to my house. Perry Charnvega, and adjuster with your company, came out to give it a look upon your encouragement. I will have to admit I was not expecting much to come from it knowing the reputation that most insurance companies have. Boy was I ever wrong! Perry was very professional and easy to work with. He examined my house and was very thorough and clear in what was and was not covered and why. At no time did I ever get the impression that he was not being fair and honest in his evaluation of my claim. Then to top it off he cut me a check right there on the spot. Everyone from your company (including you) that I have talked with has been nothing short of spectacular.
I was with State Farm for about 20 years before switching to Farmers. My only regret is that I did not make the move sooner. Please feel free to use me as a reference anytime you need to. I am not just a customer but an advocate of Farmers now!
